Hello all!
Last week I had a stressful series of days & I accidentally overdosed on my lithium, which sent me into a super mentally hyped mode. I was full of torrents of broken thought & I couldn't focus on anything. I couldn't even work at my job. In the midst of it, Father gave me instructions to take in violet energy through my crown to
my heart chakras, & spread it through my chest. I did so & the effect were immediate. I could focus & the hordes of thoughts disappeared. It would fade over time & I would start it again. I got back into my rx rythm & am great. I also received a short message:
"don't do that again".
That's Father's way; tools to grow with, not prayer & hope.
