Ok, so what you have to do is.....

- Put halfed ping pong balls or plastic spoons over you're eyes. Just something to smother you're vision at a minimal.

- Now listen to some... any of those.
* Binaural Beats
* White Noise
* Brown Noise
* Pink Noise

- Then put some bright red light, or strobe light on. Then you see that through the plastic.

-All this messes with you're senses that it snaps you automatically into a psychic/spiritual state. If you do this a lot, it's like practice, you can do so many different things with you're mind. It all has to do with you're chakras, astral projection etc etc etc.

So has anyone ever heard of this or done it? What were you're effects?
And do you think this can help you're meditation and connection with demons and father Satan? Thanks

When I wish to, I can enter a body trance state, kind of different then what I do for most meditations as I'm actually aware of all my surroundings and not just in a deep meditative trance. This is mostly the same feeling as astral projection but w/o the projection. It's a euphoric feeling of lightness, where the body feels free of gravity and other interferences. Mentally it creates a feeling of loss or confusion at first, which then later becomes a sense of euphoria. It's hard to explain, but I use this meditation to astral project since it gives me a feeling of being free from my body. Often it is induced due to strobe light effects or flashing colors, but I don't have epilepsy just to clarify.
