Any tips for manipulating these elements !
I'm beginner ! It's easy to work on ether as I can feel it and can breath it in ! I'm doing but What about others ?
Does anyone knows how to generate manna out of ether ?

You should focus on easier things, read the JoS power meditation page and start with the beginner ones like opening your chakras and feeling energy and void meditation
