EFT and the like, energetic tecniques for emotional freedom

Has anyone heard, used, read about the energy techniques? Such a EFT, TAT, PSYK-K, LOGOSINTESIS and the like...
How about these? I Have
used some of them and it seems to work but I remain a little skeptical
and a little worried because there is something I especially back in
the way the advertising. But maybe it's just my
paranoia, I'm in a moment of my life where I'm poor conscious and would
like and appreciate your objective opinion if you wanted to know. I can not be objective and I would like to hear the opinion of others.
