Duat...underworld or Sinai Peninsula?

I have two definitions for Duat: one being the underworld the other one being the 4th region (in the Lost Book of Enki), defined as "Duat: Egyptian name for the restricted zone of the spaceport in the Sinai".

Can someone clarify?
