Dreams again

Hi So I've been having dreams recently and I know their Satanic. I keep seeing my wife, and I even have a small recollection of my guardian. So I'm having trouble remembering, So I don't really know if they mean anything. Does any one know a tactic to help remember your dreams easier.Thanks.
