Does moon Phase or sign Matter when using Material Planitary Squares

I see that on Sunday the sun is at 0 Capricorn I would love to use it for Material Square with the Sun to gain money or material wealth.

Does it matter what sign or phase the moon is in for this or not. Moon is Waning Scorpio on hour of sun in the afternoon at around 17 Degrees if that matters I looked it up on astro.com

No it doesn't matter when it comes to squares. Of course they do affect It a bit but it's minimal. What matter is the Sun.
