Do you have to be experienced to do RTRs?

Im new in meditation and was wondering do you have to open your chakras first in order to the RTRs?

No you don't have to. Although you should open your chakras regardless. 
Anyone who has dedicated their soul to Satan should be doing the RTRs at least daily
