I did the distruction rituial,do you think i may have overdid it because i gave myself A Headache, i had to do a varyation becase i couldnt do the exact one due to my situation, the varyation, i vented all my anger and hate into 3 very compact balls and sent them into the catolic church thats near me a jewish temple and a morman tempel thats near meand i pictured each one explodeing as the ball of negative energy hit them im going back attacking them,because i still have a pit of hate in my heart caused by them,they must pay.
