When i direct energy, do i need to visualize it, for example in white color, or do i need only to feel it and than direct it?

Feel it then direct it. Also try to properly read the website. I am pretty sure Hps Maxine said that you should feel it instead of trying to visualize it.

So if you made sure to read thoroughly you wouldn't be wasting so much time.
