Suicide would be advised only in absolutely necessary cases, such as NS leadership during WW2, as they didn't want to be enslaved by the communist jews. In any other case, suicide is a weak exit out of life's temporary difficulties, which only makes things worse in your next incarnation, as you will not have worked on advancing your soul, meaning you will have added new problems and karma to your soul.
