Did I do the ritual wrong?

Ok, for my dedication ritual I took a shower, then got a piece of paper and wrote down the prayer exactly the way the site had it in pencil, then I got an exacto-knife for the blood, next i got 2 different scented red candles, because they were all I had, and used a mechanical pencil without any lead to write my name in blood, but I only wrote my first and last name. I haven't really seen any signs of Satan acknowledging my switch from atheism, besides when I burned the paper, i threw it out the window cuz it almost lit my floor on fire. So I go outside and look for the piece of paper so i could burn it the rest of the way, cuz snow put it out halfway through, and it was gone...

Every night I ask Satan to talk to me in my dreams, but he never does. Am I doing something wrong, did I offend him, or does Satan just not love me?

i had a similar problem, but for the sake of me wanting to do it correctly i am going to do it again, now if you feel like it wasnt adequate then just do it again although the ritual is only symbolic and hearing satan speak to you requires psycic and telepathic abilities so i would suggest that you begin working on the power meditations in order to develop those
