I have been trying to find the meditation that Lydia made some time ago about detaching without cutting (I can't cut anything I'm not 100% sure of the wire/cord) I can not find this. I'm wondering who would remember this or maybe if anyone else had saved this? Thank you in advance!

It is not going out of my way. I can understand your reluctance to talk about it if it is very personal, but you need to understand that it is not just about you when you come here. You are sharing a forum with like minded Spiritual Satanists who communicate to each other and share JoS knowledge on meditations and magick, and there are certain rules here.

I know what you are talking about; in occult practice a cord cutting spell is a way to rid yourself of any negative energies that have attached themselves to you through life experiences. But it is not necessary and I have heard of very few people who still perform cord cutting spells.

The Runes all have different vibrational powers and influences. You need to know the right rune for any given problem, otherwise you run the risk of possibly making the problem worse.
