destruction ritual by proxy?

Since I don't have any privacy where I live would it be possible for someone to do a destruction ritual for me. My soon to be ex son in law has wore down my daughter emotionally and finacially till she is starting to show the effects with ill health and this must stop. When I saw the dark circles under her eyes today it was a dagger in my heart.

Just let me know what is needed. I have an online photo of that bastard which I can email asap.
