demon summoning

I have been trying to summon a demon.(geotic) I've printed out his sigil and repeated his name while visulizing the sigil. After that I said a chant to summon him. I had candle light and went to a mirror. I waited for a while and nothing happened. I could feel the energy from the demon. I knew he was there i just couldnt see him physically. I've tried this summoning twice. I was wondering if i had to do some sort of mediatation that could help me with this.

most of the time the demons you summon wont come to you in physical apperance because not only does it take allot of energy out of them you have to have a lot of energy yourself because the demons has to really amp up its power to come into the visual spectrum of humans perhaps you should go to your astral temp and summon him there

Can u summon demons in the astral temple? Oh and if I summoned a demon and I kno that it was there but I didn't see it, does that count as a complete ritual and that I could invite the demon to the astral temple?
