deep trance

Greetings my brothers and sisters this meditation is for those who experience problem to go in a trance.....sit and relax comfortably closed your eyes focus inside yourself for a minute say to yourself or tell your mind that if I count 1 upto 10 I will enter in a trance, count 1,2,3,4 until you reach 10 focus on the count, then do it again tell your mind that if I count 1 upto 10 I will go in a deep trance, count and focus on the counts, do it again that if I count 1 upto 10 I will go into a deeper trance like that, this is a technique have invented for myself I did it when I was meditating on father Satan's sigil it really works moreover I was clouded by some people but I focus on counts I felt my third eye like wants to get out I felt a warm glow.....this meditation its like hypnosis.....
