What do you think about dark/deep web? Is it controlled by jews?

The deep web is different from the dark web. The deep web is where non-indexable pages exist, namely pages where logging in is required. The deep web is the pillar which supports the surface web, it's more private.

The dark web is associated with illegal activity, which is true for the most part. Humanity at its lowest, and I can only imagine that jews do exist there. Problem is, the majority are lost Gentile souls which can be characterised as fallen andrapoda.

To give an example, the surface web is everything that is indexed by search engines, where if you search for a website, it finds it very easily, but if you create any website and it is not yet indexed by search engines, that is already the Deep Web. Your private email inbox could also be defined as the Deep Web, since only you have the keys to access it and it is not visible to the general public, or FTP/SFTP servers, SSH servers that still communicate with the network, but without adequate information it is not possible to find these services, and it is wrong in the collective imagination to associate the Deep Web with something evil.

The Dark Web, on the other hand, is an alternative network under onion routing accessible through a special browser that masks your IP address and allows you to access protected pages where you can find all kinds of information, but not necessarily illegal. Many are also pages of activists and journalists fighting for human rights, so it depends on how this tool is used. If you are not an expert, I advise against delving too deeply into the Dark Web to avoid problems.

How could the Dark Web be useful? For extreme privacy, we could imagine a .onion proxy service for ancient-forums where you can not only access the normal link, but also the protected link that you can access via onion routing, in the same way as archive.org has its own .onion service, duckduckgo has its own alternative service for those who want greater privacy.

Let me tell you my experience:

I discovered the dark web about 12 years ago. I was fascinated at first because I believed it hid much occult/esoteric knowledge and secrets that people wouldn't post on the clearweb.

So I got into a few directories and dark web search engines searching for occult knowledge. I was looking for books, sites, forums, any of that sort. I first found a couple of online libraries full of esoteric ebooks, but all of those books could be found on clearnet. Not one of those books was new or exclusive.

Then I found a couple of sites and forums. Again, just mainstream stuff, nothing secret that you couldn't find on clearnet.

Then I came upon a forum dedicated to the discussion of esoteric knowledge. Its first rule was "don't post about black magick". I clicked on one of the posts and it was by a guy complaining. He was saying something like "No black magick??? Seriously??? I was told the dark web is full of advanced black magickians. Where can I find those?". Nobody answered him. Apparently he was someone just like me, and he was disappointed.

So basically it was a waste of time. I searched for about a week. There were all sorts of illegal stuff, but I didn't find any secret knowledge or any people who had it. Only Wiccans and other mainstream occultists who didn't even practice black magick.

TOR is useful for criminals, scammers, and whistleblowers. The host of material in there can be found from clearnet without problems.

@Helleniser explained what the deep web and what the dark web is. Tor specifically is supposed to help people get around censorship and break through national firewalls, along with all of the other things on it which have been mentioned already. It says its mission is -

To advance human rights and freedoms by creating and deploying free and open source anonymity and privacy technologies, supporting their unrestricted availability and use, and furthering their scientific and popular understanding.
