Been doing power meditations since end of march. what i like to do is start off with two breathing exercises, always starting with the complete yogic breath then i like to switch between humming breath, sithali and cat hissing (i choose one of the three).
After that, I work on my third eye, i'm still in the process of opening it (tomorrow's the fourth day
, do the Thoth vibrations, and then breath into my third eye, sometimes I see/feel it glowing bright. This is normal, right? One time I even saw a swirl of coloring 
Anyway, so after that I usually end with cleansing my aura (since it's morning and I just woke up) and finish with doing an aura of protection.
So that's my usual morning meditation I do after waking up, what's yours like?
Also, i want to start working on other things like candle flame meditation and working with/directing energy, is that too much to start on as of today?
