Well, you could start your own get-together, but if you are going to advertise yourself as a Spiritual Satanist aligned with the Joy of Satan Ministries, then that is foolish.
The best thing to do would be to advance and empower yourself. Once you've achieved far enough, you might realise it is unnecessary to form a coven, and you can keep yourself private and safe. If it is with your partner and child/ren, who are genuine in dedicating and working, then that might be alright; or if it is with friends, you have to be certain they won't turn away and go blabbing to anyone that you're an evil devil worshiper.
Ask Magey and any of the other HPs/HPSs - they'll tell you being a HP/HPS is not all bells and whistles and shiny, glittery sparkles. It's a lot of hard work, and a lot of jobs pile up, and it never seems to be finished. I am one who would love to be a leader of n00bs and teaching them and helping them to learn and grow, but I wouldn't want to be a HP - or at least not yet, anyway.
You might be the leader of your coven, but HP/HPS is a special, appointed title & rank by LORD Satan; one cannot grant oneself the title and rank. I suppose in time to come, some might be 'elected' or appointed by the People, to lead and teach them.
