on the complete yogic breath exhale, do I just exhale completely without stop until out of breath? Or am I suppose to release the air from the lower, then the middle, then the upper?
Suppose to release the air from the lower, then the middle, then the upper, but in one long exhale until there is no breath left.
Contracting the abdominal muscle, which is your stomach area, then the middle, which is your lower lungs (underneath the rib bones) then upper lungs, your chest and throath part.
