Hello Brothers and Sisters. I need your help. I am pursuing "The Goal" via the path outlined by Kai Purr, as I readily understand the concept of "The Stone" and how it functions. I am working my way through the preliminary meditations (with success), but I have two questions concerning the extremely blissful "Cobra Breath Meditation." (1) Once mastered, is it okay to perform more than three rounds of this powerful technique in one sitting? (2) Additionally, is it safe to do this meditation more than once a day? I would appreciate imput from anyone in the egroup who has successfully worked with this meditation & especially any brothers & sisters who are following the Kai Purr outline. Thanks in advance!!! friend jene.

First, I would like to sincerely thank you for taking the time to answer my question regarding the "Cobra Breath Meditation." Secondly, I most certainly agree with you that this excercise is very powerful! I learned this personally when I first began this meditation. (Kai Purr states to only start off with 2 or 3 rounds. This I understood.) However, I was having severe difficulty in controlling the "exhale" of the exercise; which (in the beginning) caused me to think that the rounds I couldn't control the exhale didn't count, so one morning I did a number of extra rounds (to attempt to prefect the exhale)! It only took me a few minutes to discover that I was on the edge of being into some serious trouble! (It is amazing how just three (perfect) rounds of this Breath can put one into extreme bliss, but--if one's system is not readily prepared--how only a few more rounds can sling one into complete agony!) I had to start over from scratch and just get two
rounds perfect, then eventually three; and, that's where I've been since--which prompted my question to the egroup, giving me your much needed clarification. I would like to emphasize for everyone--that even if you think you are not performing a meditation correctly, or don't have it perfected yet--STILL DO NOT exceed the number of rounds the Ministry insists upon!! On another note, I've also been studying HP Vovim Baghie's experiences to supplement the Kai Purr material, and I understand that I have a number of other meditations to learn/master before I can expect my "initial rising." Therefore, I will definitely exercise care, caution, and common sense, proceeding with only what I can handle. Again, I am most appreciative for your advice & clarification to my question. It means so much! Many Blessings to you!!! friend jene.

Yes it is fine to do more. Just don't push yourself as this breath is very powerful.
