Chakra system(s) on other planets

Do humans from other colonies ever incarnate on Earth?

And if so, under what circumstances?

Because I'd imagine their chakra system and soul is at least somewhat "dependent" upon the environmental context of their own solar system unless they've already achieved M.O.

But wouldn't that imply our own chakra structure may differ from the Gods since we weren't born on Orion?

Or do humans solely incarnate on solar systems where there are planetary energies synonymous to our default chakras (or: "personal planets").

And why are our chakras connected to specific planets anyway?

There are probably compatible planets, but the astrological influences are definitely different. Even if not all creations and allies of the Gods have the same chakras, I think many do have the same as ours and we can reincarnate on those planets. But again I'm just guessing. It's a topic that is really not a priority for us now.
