Chakra Connection
I replied to a post in the main JoS group and I don’t think it got through. This is important so I am sending it to all of the groups. There IS a powerful connection between the crown and base chakras, the 2nd and 6th chakras and the solar and throat chakras. If one is weak, the other is often over powerful. There has to be balance. What we do with one chakra, affects its opposite. Over focusing on meditating on one chakra will weaken the other as mentioned above. This also includes fixation on an aspect, in the material everyday world, for example- sexual imbalances and hang-ups will affect the 6th chakra and third eye as the sexual and 6th chakra work as a pair. Being unable to express one’s self, say in childhood will repress and block the throat chakra of expression and this will imbalance the solar chakra, creating butterflies in the stomach so to speak and other problems, often health problems related to both chakras.
