chackra empowering..
i see them as a diamond basic changling energy in-toward them(inverse to a diamond front to back) and then holding energy (shape of a diamnond)
them once you breath energy in and out at the same time or just chanel energy in and out simiultaneously
then flip the two and spin the two into a small sun representive of the planets that rule it(escpically our sun), very important here.
since once a small sun or sphere of energy breathing in and out, you can use these planet and sun runes in sequence to spin it faster and fully embrace each chackra......
then once this is achieved, through the sun rune, use runes from closer suns on how they also influence each chakcra, you know what other glaxies out there also rule us not only this solar system...
this is like supercharging yourself dramatically into etheral planing and great visualisation tec\hniques....
and doing this its important to feel the powers within the cosmos which rule us.. just visualisation can do some really bad energy and damage to your soul......
or another way i find is.
focus on each chakra as a void of nothingness but a black hole...
with petals spiraling around..
focus on all the petals at once macking them the focus of attention then watch the black void disapear or at least stretch like time and space, then once all petals have joined together from a spiral (in the spiral they are all seperate but can spin on there own, so spin them please) into a sphere (this is when they join), from spinning the petals spin the complex of petals when they join making it faster and streching the black void further away...
do this until the black void turns different colour representative of the outer realm of space and time it represents, its colour perhaps???

p.s can also spin them to the outer realm and then into pure light...
i was told this is too much work to do for just empowering the chakras/soul???? damn those petty people who need a good slap....
