Can someone explain what's going on in the buzz

Hi can someone explain what's exactly going on in the buzz, I read it was called eudamonia, what is the buzz exactly?

Is it bioelectricity, is it energy, is it negative energy coming out what is it?

The buzz is bioelectricity, in other words, your energy. It can be positive or negative. I have found as you advance it feels less like a buzz, but more like you are literally feeling light. As in the buzz is more defined.
