After meditation i feel energized, and i feel focused %100 and i can never sleep after meditating.

no one here knows my Life, ( idon't want to talk about my life) but i would like
to say that the only time i can meditate in, is before i sleep, and i can't sleep at all after i meditate.

can i meditate on my sleep time, like i meditate for 6 hours instead of sleeping????
or its really important for my body to sleep everyday ???
is sleeping a waste of time ???

i usually meditate for 20-60 minuates.
i haven't tried to meditate for LOOOOOONG session like 1-6 hours
the only way i can meditate for long time is when i replace it with sleeping

excellent question, and I do not know. I doubt it. Perhaps a better question would be "can I replace naps with meditation?" I bet so. I will wait for a better answer. thanks for asking this one.
