Can Jews by Blood Beome Gods?

I got the impression that because Jews have been genetically altered by Greys and they are not Gentiles, so they cannot become Gods, even if they learn the truth. I haven't found anything on JoS about this and was hoping someone could confirm whether or not it is possible.
