Breath of Lucifer's Grail

During the exercise, where you hold your breath as long as comfortable while focusing on the 6th chakra, I started to feel my 3rd chakra/Solar Plexus begin pulsating, as if my heart was beating there. This pulsating occurred after the 3rd exhale, and remained until I finished the exercise. Twice doing the holding process, I felt the same pulsating effect in my 6th chakra, and it was pulsating with the exact rhythm and timing with my 3rd chakra.

Is this a positive indicator that the exercise was creating an energy link between the Female and Male aspects?(Energy link between the 3rd and 6th chakra.)
