Biokineses

Does anybody know a good amount of information about Biokineses? I know its about altering the physical body with your mind, but how would you do this and what other info is there about it?

Pfft. This isn't as easy as it sounds; you might not find any reliable information on the internet about biokinesis. However, ironically, i do have a bit of info.

Essentially, it's about finding what makes the bioelectricity do the particular task you intend to change, and "influencing" it to change. But the scale of the energetic change is what taunts me off. So that's open to individual exercises.

It is advisable not to worry about biokinesis at this stage and instead focus on raising Kundalini. I know biokinesis uses a lot of bioelectricity. I think there will be a natural alteration of your physical body after having risen Kundalini and also a more effective alteration with your mind. In sum, raise your Kundalini serpent.
