Has anyone listened to them and whats your opinions?
Theres so many out there claiming to do this and that but do any work? I listened to one briefly which was suppose to open the third eye. I felt nothing for that, but behind my ears, the chakras there were very active for a while. A lot of pressure.
Astral project... any tips on relaxing? I used to be able to do it in seconds. Now i just fall asleep and honestly feeling quite frustrated.
