Since last year, I began to hear "Belial" in my dreams. So far I’ve only had a few dreams about him. I want to mention that I didn’t had any contact with him before. What does it mean?.

This Demon is obviously trying to make contact. Focus on his sigil and be open to him.

I believe Belial is wanting to contact you, I think he has something important to tell you.
Or he could simply be your Guardian Demon.
Anyway, this is just my opinion.
