Being issued Pissraeli weapons in the Military

In many small countries, arming their military and special troops can be difficult. They usually opt for cheaper but still compatible rifles with other militaries, hence why they opt for pissraeli made weapons. My question is, what happens to the person that’s issued such a weapon?

Does it affect them and what can one do to avoid this (except for not joining the military obviously)
