As Maxine said in the Sermon. The opening meditations are weak for a reason. Those who are new and opening their soul for the first time, or re-awakening their soul for the first time from a past life. These people need to be careful not to overload themselves with too much energy, as this can cause to a number of negative outcomes including nerve and brain damage. This is why the opening meditations are weak. Progress in Spiritual Satanism, on the spiritual side of things, should be taken slowly and progressivly. Don't ever over do it or push yourself too hard.
When doing these opening meditations, we empower the chakras. This causes them to open and become empowered/active. However they will not stay in this state indefinatly. We are required to continuously work at them to keep them from closing again.
This will need to be done indefinatly unless you are able to 'fix' the energy/chakras. This is done by these new meditations Maxine is coming out with. These are advanced, and should not be attempted by those who are new, as there is a lot of energy in them.
This is where the important symbols of the tridant come in, as well as Odin being nailed to the tree/crucifiction. This is the 'fixing' of the energy.
As we meditate more and more, our vibration increases. But if we then stop meditating, our vibration will drop and we will be back at square one. Fixing the energy/vibration sorts this out.
I am assuming there are workings for the other chakras that Maxine has, and it planning on sharing in future sermons, or in a new update on the JoS site at some point. Have patience.
The Sanskrit vibrations can be used to open the chakras. However remember these hold a lot of power, and aren't for new people.
As I have said to you in the past. Once the chakras are open, you should focus on keeping them empowered daily. This is done by doing one or more of the chakra meditations. This can include EZ/Advanced Chakra spin, full chakra meditation, Ball of Light meditation, and others that can be found on the JoS. Just take a look through which ones you feel are best for you.

Is there a difference when we 'empower' and open a chakra? When we empower a chakra, doesn't it also further open the chakra? Or is this 2 different things?
The Sanscrit vibrations, do they work to open the chakra's aswell? And what about empowering them?
Is it to say that when we initially open a chakra that we can go on empowering them.. But then will they ever open fully?
This was mentioned to me from other SS, it really confused me in some ways.
