Astrology Charts of Events

Does that matter much. I was aware of the time when I signed the lease for the apartment. I have some reason to believe I may have made a mistake on the timing of this. The Ascendant is Late Capricorn and Aquarius is intercepted but the thing is Saturn will conjunct on the Ascendant early next year. There were several things in this chart that I did like but I am just curious if this even matters.

I hear people do charts on things like this. I tried to time it but I was thinking of some other aspects I liked and didnt think of the Saturn thing.
