Maybe, if there are any there. This would specifically be clairvoyance, which is psychic vision. Which is connected to 3rd eye but is also more than this. It is also using the 6th chakra, and also more smaller chakras.

It is an interesting trick to be able to see things like ghosts. But I do not recommend trying to do this purposefully. Especially a place like a graveyard where there probably is a big number of them. If the ghosts see that you are somebody who is able to see them, they may likely all try to swarm you and try to connect with you. Or even try to possess you, harm you, drain your energy.

Third eye doesn’t always provide psychic vision on its own. My third eye is open and I don’t see spirits except while meditating. I think it’d be difficult to see more than one spirit at a time and to see them without trance stare would require some level of imbalance in a persons ability to be grounded. I’m not sure though, I’m sure someone in the group has full clairvoyance and could better elaborate. Ghosts with the power to say “hello” don’t seem all that common to me either. I’d imagine the ghosts would bind to locations that were meaningful to them and not their bodies, so to speak. Again, not sure, just guessing.

3rd eye is not necessarily about psychic vision. It is mostly for intuition, and for being able to see what the truth is in all situations.
