another question about the destruction

sorry if im asking too many questions about the death magik but this will be my last one hopefully. when i focusing on putting a death aura around the enemy, do i visualize the person inside my mind when closing my eyes or with my eyes open visualizing the person and death energy in front of me? evocation or invocation? i just want to really make sure im doing this rite before trying it out. sorry again.

Eyes open or closed, doesn't matter; just focus on the person.
