Anger

I am one not to vent out at someone, but I have so much bottled anger I fear that some third party will lecture me on some bullshit on how it's wrong. I have been living with bottled anger for so long, I can't even fight without panicking about the consequences and what my parents would say. Granted I haven't gotten in school fights but for some reason, I just have these violent thoughts whenever someone pokes fun at my quirks or actions(mainly when said person is a douchebag). Is it Jewish wiring or is it completely natural? Does Satan understand anger?
