AI in studies.

Is it healthy to use them in textbooks? I'm afraid of stunting my analytical reading skills.

AI shouldn’t be used for academic purposes, it’s best if you stick to actual textbooks and sources. AI can only do so much before it gives you a very misleading answer

AI should be treated as a tool, not a replacement. It may seem difficult to differentiate efficiency and intellectual laziness, but it is more important to find it than avoid it.

For instance, in school, I'll summarize certain blocks of texts that contain studies (PSYC) if I am short on time. However, let's say you do this and you can't recognize the terminology or definitions or findings (etc), you shouldn't be using AI in that specific way.
