Hello, just wondering are there any affirmations I can mentally say when I'm meditating on the energy after I've finished any of the 2 mentioned in the title? I've read that energy is stagnate and wont do anything unless being told to. So I would like to know if anyone has any useful affirmations that I can use for Hatha and Kundalini Yoga?
Also how should one perform the Alternative Nostril Breathing? I know it seems pretty self explanitory. But I'm talking more on the level of energy and such, I do 8 rounds of breathing everyday but its extremely boring to do even when I was first starting out on just 4-5 rounds I would prefer to get it over with quickly. Are there anyways for making this breathing exercise more effective? cause I dont feel anything.
