Advise: Captcha for asksatan

I suggest to the creators of the asksatan service to integrate a captcha system to avoid the abuse of scripts connected to proxies that even a small programmer with Macros could clog the system of sending questions thus causing a great overload of work for the moderators who must approve each request of the questions sent.

A captcha system with offline API or directly created from scratch would be ideal, I would advise against the Google one and use a more secure one.

I also suggest putting a limitation system by IP address to send too many questions in a TOT of time, maybe if you want to make it more complete you could integrate not only the IP, but the entire user agent with cookies.
