Advice on increasing/opening my psychic senses

I am new to satanism and was wondering if everybody could put some sources of info up on increasing psychic abilities I am very new but determined. And I also discovered that if I focus on, pushing, thinking about my fore finger and thumb they become tingly? Would greatly appreciate any help
