In life, people do a lot for each other, in both positive and negative ways. This can also have an impact on spiritual well-being. Attacks that deliberately want to mess with your emotions in an attempt to manipulate you.

Emotional attacks should be taken seriously. We have heard a lot about the subconscious. You can try in vain to forget hurtful words, and you may succeed, but some of them will be "stored" in your subconscious and may even come back to haunt you later.

This is why it can be important to control your emotions. Maintaining our emotions can be beneficial. For example, you will be able to ignore emotional attacks that you receive from a particular person. This can also be managed with a little determination. Ignore it, try to ignore it, or failing that, try not to express what you are feeling.

And mentally, do what you can. Turn your anger on the person, focus on them, let out all your repressed anger. Repressing our emotions will start to surface after a while and cause problems of greater or lesser magnitude. I am not encouraging you to do anything harmful, I am just expressing my opinion on the matter.

Such repressed emotions affect not only your physical body, but also the health of your soul and spirit. Not showing a certain emotion or suppressing it within yourself will only lead to a series of problems later on.

You can learn to control your emotions, and in many cases this will work to your advantage. As we know, our emotions can affect us and our relationships with others. Our emotions can make us do little things that we would not do with common sense.

To control our emotions, we must first be able to control ourselves. To do this, we need to quiet our minds and focus on a specific point/task. If you cannot control yourself, how can you control your emotions?

Excessive emotions can hold us back, preventing us from doing what is important. If you learn to control your emotions properly, this can be avoided. The first and important step is to control your mind. Without it, your thoughts will come and go and you will not be able to concentrate properly.

There are many types of emotions. Starting from happiness, sadness, mood and elation, worry, pride, disappointment, anger. These are only a small part of the emotion itself. But then what is emotion?

Emotion is actually a reaction to changes in the environment. Our emotions play a big role in our behaviour, mood and actions.

The chakras are also involved. Take the throat chakra, for example. When you suddenly start to worry, feel anxious about something, or just overthink something and worry, you feel a "lump" in your throat. Strengthening your throat chakra can help with this.

But you can also use magical exercises, like releasing your anger during a work session. This has a liberating effect. It's also healthy, because you're freeing yourself from the burdens of the past and emotions that you've deliberately repressed in the past.

If you get rid of your negative emotions, it will be very effective and liberating. If you have emotions that you feel are holding you back, simply let them go and the problem will slowly resolve.

I would like to write some thoughts about emotional attachments. Emotional attachment is actually a wonderful thing, and it should be. Without emotions, nothing would make sense. However, there is the excessive attachment to a particular person. Once you're in it, it's hard to talk yourself out of it.

You keep telling yourself that things will get better, when in fact there is little chance of that happening. It's the kind of vicious circle that, if you don't get out of it in time, you'll get the same emotional hit over and over again, one after another.

It's not worth chasing after someone who doesn't deserve you. It is useless to run after a train that has started, it will not stop and pick you up again. There is always a chance, but it is a very slim one. If you screw up, remember it and don't screw up again. You can learn from your mistakes. Playing with emotions is never a rewarding experience.
