I have looked at many charts in the past of popular and famous people on social media such as YouTube Stars and popular Live streamers and a few of them have planets that are conjunct with Betelgeuse which adds to their success in life and their social media careers.
Betelgeuse is at 28 degrees Gemini and because it is on a late degree in that sign many people who have planets conjunct with it also can have the planet at 29 degrees which gives mastery over the energy of the planet in their lives, along with having a successful influence of Betelgeuse stacked on top of it. Planets on the 29th degree in a natal chart symbolizes mastery over the planetary energies that is on that degree.

I would also like to add that Gemini is the home sign of Mercury which also has rulerships and influence over Media, Social Media, and Communication, which is why I have noticed it in many charts of people who are popular on Social Media. Planets on the 29th degree of Gemini will also have Mercury like traits and energy blended in the the natural rulerships of the Planet, and of course also have the positive traits of Betelgeuse blended in with it.

No I haven't seen anyone with Saturn conjunct with Betelgeuse.

Gemini is traditionally the sign that rules the 3rd house which rules over communication, intellect, writing, speaking, and our siblings. I wouldn't say that having Saturn conjunct with betelgeuse will cancel out any negative effects of Saturn. The nature of Betelgeuse is positive and brings happiness and success. Saturn naturally rules the 10th house and our career in life. So I could guess that having Saturn conjunct with betelgeuse would enhance the positive traits of Saturn.

Like I said above, Planets on the 29th degree of a sign gives mastery over the energies of the Planet/Sign combo. Saturn may still have some restrictive and negative effects, and that all depends on the persons chart and how other planets in the chart are aspecting and interacting with Saturn there, but also this can also give a strong and positive affinity for having a career in Writing, Communication, and Media due to the natural rulerships of Saturn. Saturn's positive influences are endurance and stability and Saturn also gives long lasting effects to whatever sign or planet it is touching in your chart for better or worse.

The combination of Betelgeuse, 29th degree of Gemini, and Saturn in general probably wouldn't be all that bad if the person is able to grasp and understand the energies at play here and they could actually make a successful career out of using this influence.

Saturn in Gemini can cause a person to have problems with writing and communication or problems with siblings but of course not everybody that has Saturn in Gemini are going to have the same problems and it depends on how Saturn along with the other planets are behaving in the persons chart. Saturn being on a 29th degree along with being conjunct to a beneficial fixed star would probably lessen the malicious influence by quite a bit and give positive endurance and stability here.
