In the RTR shattering the jewish soul, what exactly are the two squares above and below the words "MEE-DU-EH-EEYY"?

The rest are the names of the hebrew "angels" (thought forms), except "EE-AAHN-OH-DA" which would be a name of their "god" or otherwise a code word for their hebrew soul.
While "MEE-DU-EH-EEYY" means jew.

What escapes me are the words
"HAH-EE-KAHT - ZUH - EE" and
"AAH-HAH-EE - EE-KAHZ - UHH - TT."

What would they be?

I think those two words have to do with the jewish cube or metatron.
