I could use the old cliche, "you and what army?", but I guess close to (or maybe now over) 20000 members is an army.
Seriously though, to answer your questions:
1) Since these places would be protected by very powerful wards, we can really only take a guess at were these places are.
2) We don't just, "charge in", because we are smarter than that. What you are asking sounds stupid because it is stupid.
We all can understand your anger at the people that do this and we all wish it were just that easy. However, self preservation is the highest law.
What you can do is, first and for most, protect yourself as it says in that link. If you are not sure if you can properly protect yourself yet, don't be afraid to ask Satan for protection.
Secondly, what you can do to destroy these places is to gather up an amount of destructive energy that you feel comfortable with and give it to Satan or one of the other Gods for them to direct it at the place, commander of that place, etc. that is doing the most harm at the time.
