A question of the chakras

I have been looking on the JOS site looking for a way to strengthen the solar plexus chakra. Any advice on how to do this?

1. Invoke fire into this chakra.

2. Spin it and breathe in gold energy. It will gradually develop an intense gold color.

2.) Vibrate God names.

I have read that if you use your Paganistic ( Or rather ' Before Christianity ') Birthstone, when people still knew that gems have powers, that those will help you open ALL your Chakras.
Mine is August so my Pagan Birthstone is Tiger Eye
My Son's is March so his is New Jade ( Very Pale Jade Stone )
I am sure there is a site or gem stone book that mentions which are meant for whom and for what.
I know that a nice piece of Amythist in it's original shape can help or add stong power to your Chakras as well.
There are any number of different gems and crystals that help with this.
The other is to practice your belief systems well and often enough to keep hold of them once you have them. ( Them being Chakras )
