A little confused about the Chakras

In doing some research about the chakras I am a little confused on something.

Is there a certain way to spin your Chakras?
I read somewhere that they should spin clockwise?
Is this true? I can't visualize them yet so I can only assume.



Also the other thing I'm confused about is that when we clean our chakras do we visualise the cleansing light over the chakras in the middle of the body or the chakras on the spine?

Only because when you read about kundalini and the passing through the chakras it ascends throught the spine?

So when your cleansing your chakras are you visualizing the light over your chakras in your spine or the ones directly in the centre of your body?


I don't know which ones to cleanse cause they say the chakras are in the centre of the body and there are extentions to the front and back of the body, but the main chakras are in the spine?

Just want to clarify that up so I can properly cleanse the chakras, thanks again in advance.

When cleaning my chakras, I spend most of the time on the middle ones, and then move to the outer ones. So, for example, I clean the middle base chakras, then the extensions, then move on to the middle sacral chakra then those extensions. I could be wrong, but I believe the back extension chakras are mainly for the kundalini, but until then, the middle chakras are our most important ones, with the front and back extensions directing energy towards them.
