A Few Meditations From Ancient Egypt

4-fold elemental invocation

Sit Down cross-legged.
Cross your arms, and hold them out in front of you, so that they are
horizontal, crossed, in front of you.
Bring Fire from above you, water from below you, earth from your
right, and air from your west, to meet in the centre of your crossed
arms and legs. (it should be condensed into a sphere in front of your
solar-plexus)
Bring the ball of energy into your body, and fill your entire being
with it.
Then, visualise a whirlpool of fire energy above you, and water
energy below you, spinning in opposite directions, pouring their
respective energies into you.
Repeat, but with air above you, and earth below you.
Invoke Akasha to multiply the effects.

(If the effects feel too strong after this, breathe in white energy
to balance the effects)


Chakra Chants:

For all of these, the chants should be as high pitched as you can
make them. If it doesn't vibrate strongly in the chakra, then your
tone is wrong. It can take a bit of practice to get these right, but
it's worth it.

Base – S-S-S-S-S-o-o-o-o-o-o
Sacral - N-N-N-N-No-o-o-o-o-o
Solar plexus - L-L-L-L-L-o-o-o-o-o-o
Heart - A-A-A-A-A-o-o-o-o-o
Throat - M-M-M-M-M-o-o-o-o-o-o
6th -T-T-T-T-T-o-o-o-o-o-o
Crown - U-U-U-U-U-U-o-o-o-o-o


Power of the heart chakra:

Activate your heart chakra (Visualise it shining an even more
brilliant green)
See a beam of brilliant green light going from your heart chakra, to
the front heart chakra extension.
From there, see the beam of green light split into 2 as it emerges
from the front heart chakra extension, and see these beams arc around
and enter your base and crown chakras.
From here, bring the green heart energy down/up your spine back into
your heart chakra, making a circuit out of it.
This should form a sort of `figure of 8' with the heart energy, hold
this for as long as you can, or until you get bored .


Another method of empowering the 8th chakra:

Activate 7th chakra by seeing it glow a brilliant violet.
Extend a whirlpool of 7th chakra energy from your 7th chakra to
envelop your 8th chakra.
Hold this for as long as you feel necessary.


Charging up third eye:

Visualise the moon in front of you, so large that you can't see
anything else, it fills your vision completely, yet you can see all
of it.
Pull as much energy as you can from the moon into your third eye.
This should be done while in as deep a trance as possible, for
maximum effect.


Increasing natural energy uptake:

Visualise your breathing tube (information can be found in High
Priestess Maxine Dietrich's Mer-Ka-Ba meditation)
Invoke fire into your breathing tube
Invoke Earth into your breathing tube
Invoke water into your breathing tube
Invoke Akasha into your breathing tube
Expand your breathing tube to surround your entire body.
Empower your breathing tube with brilliant white-gold energy until it
is radiant.
Bring your breathing tube back to normal size within your body, thus
brightening it even further (this can be repeated for greater effect).
Invoke Akasha to greater increase the effects.
