Physical water is receptive to energy,u can amplify this by using the water element,but this is unnecessary,all u got to do is raise the energy,like vibrating fehu for submissiveness,then program,like affirming,feeling the corresponding emotion,authority n dominance etc,then directing the energy,toward the water.This is not a one time deal,preferably the target drink this once a day,as the success depend on the strength of the energy n the target receptivity.A curse can be delivered the same way.
