Excuse me, this might not be an appropriate "question", but I am very desperate for help.
I've managed to let someone take an advantage of me and manipulate me into a cryptocurrency investment scam.
I've lost quite a bit of money (~$40,000) so this is no joke and I feel very stupid, however the person who scammed me is most likely a Citizen of the US while I'm from EU so my local police is pretty much helpless.
I don't know where else to turn so I really want to ask for some advice, maybe help. I really don't know what else to do and this helplessness is killing me.

How do you know police is helpless? Did you ask them at least what to do in this situation?

Do you mean crypto market trade? Did you put your money into it to gain more and then the market ruined? Are you able to take your money out of the exchange? Maybe you might save some of them? You need to learn and study everything concerning your situation. Probably you are not the first in it and there is some knowledge in the internet how people deal with it. Ask advice of those who know how to deal with this market exchange or who are a lawyer.

Anyway if he stole your money you might curse him so that these money play very fatal role in his life and until he uses any of them they destroy him further.

If you have some bad Solars and transits and if it is in your natal chart to lose great money, then it might be karmic which is dealt with slower and harder. But yet again it does not make an enemy less enemy and the wrong less wrong, and they still can be cursed.
